S&TS Partners LLP is a full-service law firm with a strong focus on general corporate law and litigation. The firm was founded in 2019 by two Mongolian-qualified lawyers educated in prestigious institutions in Mongolia and Australia with 15 years of separate experience in both consulting and advocacy. Our partners have also worked in the leading law firms, banks and government-related organizations before establishing the firm. To this extend, S&TS is a professional law firm that combines local knowledge and international perspectives.

Tsolmonchimeg Enkhbat
Tsolmonchimeg is a partner specializing in Commercial and Corporate law. Particularly, she is specialized in corporate, real estate, employment law and investment and banking/finance within transnational law. Her skills also extend to the litigation and arbitration practice, where she has represented Fortune 500 companies in commercial and contract disputes.
Prior to establishing S&TS Partners LLP, she was a partner at one of the leading law firms in Mongolia and senior lawyer at the commercial bank. Before that she focused heavily on legal research when she was... a research worker at the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of the Academy of Science of Mongolia and published several papers and books which were warmly received by the Mongolian law community. Tsolmonchimeg has gained an international experience through secondment to one of the top international law firms based in Singapore.
She has been recognized as a leading lawyer in the areas of construction and real estate and labour and employment by Asia Law in 2017 and 2018.
Tsolmonchimeg is a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and admitted to practice law in Mongolia. She is fluent in English.

Solongo Buyant
Solongo is a partner specializing in civil, administrative and criminal law and her skills extend to the litigation and arbitration. Before establishing S&TS Partners LLP, she was a senior lawyer at the Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia, an Implementing Agency of the Government of Mongolia. Before that she was a legal research worker at the Legal Institute of Mongolia. During her career as a lawyer, she has been involved in preparing several drafts of the laws and legislations and published legal papers in the professional books and magazines.
Solongo is a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and admitted to practice law in Mongolia.
